DIRECTIONS TO RETREAT CENTERS

SAN PEDRO RETREAT CENTER

FROM VOLUSIA COUNTY/ALL POINTS NORTH:

Take 1-4 West to Maitland Boulevard exit (first EXIT after 436).

Take left on Maitland Blvd which empties onto 17-92.
Take right on 17-92 to Horatio (first light).

Take left on Horatio which becomes Howell Branch Road.
Cross Semoran Blvd. (436) and at 2nd light (Dike Road), make left.

San Pedro Center is 0.7 miles on the left. Take far entrance into Camp Side.

FROM TAMPA AREA/ALL POINTS SOUTHWEST:

Take Florida Turnpike to 1-4 East in Orlando.

Follow 1-4 to Lee Road (EXIT 46).

Take right onto Lee Road to Orlando Avenue (17-92).

Take left on Orlando Avenue to Horatio.

Take right on Horatio (turns into Howell Branch) to Dike.

Turn left on Dike.

San Pedro Center is 0.7 miles on the left. Take far entrance into Camp Side.

FROM BREVARD COUNTY/ALL POINTS SOUTHEAST:

Take I-95 to SR-528 W exit (EXIT 205). Merge onto SR-528 (Beachline).

Follow Beachline for approximately 26 miles.

Take EXIT 16 toward SR-417 Northbound toward Orlando.

Follow exit toward Orlando/Sanford. Follow for approximately 11.5 miles.

Take the SR-426 exit (EXIT 38) and turn left onto SR-426 (Aloma Avenue).

Turn right onto Howell Branch Road.

Turn right onto Dike Road.

San Pedro Center is 0.7 miles on the left. Take far entrance into Camp Side.

FLORIDA SHERIFF'S YOUTH CAMP

FROM ORLANDO/DELTONA: (Drive time is approx. 50 min. from Altamonte Springs)
Take I-4 East bound toward Deltona.
Exit at Deltona (SR 472/Howland Blvd), exit number 114.
Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. You are on 472 West.
Merge onto Woodland Blvd (also called 17-92 North).
Turn left onto Spring Garden Ave (also called 15A). Stay on this road for almost 7 miles.
There will be a light at the intersection of US 17 and 15A.Turn left onto North US 17. You will be on US 17 for over 9 miles.
There will be a light at the intersection of US 17 and SR 40. Turn right onto SR 40.
A short distance later, you will see a sign for the Youth Ranch.
Turn left onto Buckles Road. You cannot see the facility from SR 40; just follow the sign and turn left. There are several signs to lead you to the camp. Go straight at the first sign and take a left at the fork near the next sign onto Youth Camp Lane. Follow the road to the back of the camp and you'll see an Alpha banner.

FROM BREVARD COUNTY: (Drive time is approx. 1 hour 30 min. from Melbourne)
Take I-95 Northbound toward Daytona Beach.
Pass Daytona Beach on 95 and exit at Ormond Beach.
Take the SR 40 exit towards Ormond Beach/Ocala, exit number 268. At the end of the ramp turn left at the light going toward Ocala.
Stay on SR 40 for approximately 19 miles.
You will pass SR 11. There is a flashing light.
Near the end of the 19 miles you will see a green Dept. of Transportation sign for the Sheriff's Youth Ranch. Turn right onto Buckles Road. You cannot see the facility from SR 40. There are several signs to lead you to the camp. Go straight at the first sign and take a left at the fork near the next sign onto Youth Camp Lane. Follow the road to the back of the camp and you'll see an Alpha banner.

FROM EAST VOLUSIA COUNTY: (Drive time is approximately 40 minutes from Daytona Beach)
Take I-95 to SR 40 in Ormond Beach.Travel west on SR 40 for approximately 19 miles.
You will pass SR 11 about half-way. There is a flashing light.
Near the end of the 19 miles you will see a sign for the Sheriff's Youth Ranch. Turn right onto Buckles Road. You cannot see the facility from SR 40. There are several signs to lead you to the camp. Go straight at the first sign and take a left at the fork near the next sign onto Youth Camp Lane. Follow the road to the back of the camp and you'll see an Alpha banner.

CAMP ITHIEL
FROM CENTRAL AND SOUTH BREVARD AREA:
From I-95, take the Beachline (FL 528) West toward Orlando.
Take FL 417 North (Exit 16) toward Orlando/Sanford.
Take SR 408 West (Exit 33B) toward Orlando.
Stay on 408 for approximately 15 miles. Take the Good Homes Road exit (Exit 2).
Turn left onto Good Homes Road.
Turn right onto Old Winter Garden Road.
Turn left onto Hempel Avenue.
Entrance to Camp Ithiel is approximately ½ mile on left.

FROM NORTH BREVARD/SOUTH VOLUSIA AREA:
From I-95, take FL 50 West for approximately 22 miles.
Take SR 408 West for approximately 20 miles.
Take the Good Homes Road exit (Exit 2).
Turn left onto Good Homes Road.
Turn right onto Old Winter Garden Road.
Turn left onto Hempel Avenue.
Entrance to Camp Ithiel is approximately ½ mile on left.

FROM DAYTONA BEACH/VOLUSIA COUNTY AREA/ALL POINTS NORTHEAST:
Take I-4 West toward Orlando.
Take SR 408 West toward Ocoee.
Take the Good Homes Road exit (Exit 2).
Turn left onto Good Homes Road.
Turn right onto Old Winter Garden Road.
Turn left onto Hempel Avenue.
Entrance to Camp Ithiel is approximately ½ mile on left.

FROM SOUTH ORANGE/OSCEOLA COUNTY/ALL POINTS SOUTHWEST:
From Southwest, take I-4 East. (From Osceola, start from the Turnpike heading north.)
Take Florida’s Turnpike North (Exit 77 toward Wildwood).
Take the FL 50 East exit (Exit 267B).
Merge onto FL 50 (West Colonial Drive), then turn slightly right onto Old Winter Garden Road.
Turn right onto Hempel Ave.
Entrance to Camp Ithiel is approximately ½ mile on left.

FROM LEESBURG AREA:
Take Florida's Turnpike South.
Take the FL 50 East exit (Exit 267B).
Merge onto FL 50 (West Colonial Drive), then turn slightly right onto Old Winter Garden Road.
Turn right onto Hempel Ave.
Entrance to Camp Ithiel is approximately ½ mile on left.
